Meet The Team

Paul Allen - Managing Director and Founder of TEKeRZ has over 26 years experience as a football coach. Having left school to pursue a career in professional football, Paul was first introduced to coaching at 17 years old, delivering school sessions as part of his football apprenticeship programme at Rotherham United.  Paul then ran after-school football coaching sessions, along with school holiday football camps to fund his way through university. Following a 3 month spell coaching in the USA, Paul qualified as a teacher, soon becoming head of PE at a local secondary school. Paul has over 17 years of Teaching experience, 9 years as Head of PE, 8 years working within School Engagement Centres, 4 years SLT experience responsible for Students Enrichment, Student Experience, and Whole School Performance and Intervention Processes. Paul has continued to coach football throughout that time. Holding UEFA level qualifications. Paul has worked with grass roots, voluntary,  and academy level players, accruing numerous successes at both team and individual level.
